Saturday Evenings at the Pinehouse Location

Please note that due to current COVID-19 health and safety regulations, our in-person services are limited to 30 people. We encourage you to register early - registration opens Thursdays at noon! If you aren't able to attend in person, join us online for a live stream of the service or watch whenever is convenient for you!

What Can I expect?

A Neighbourhood Church service is about 90 minutes in length. Services begin with one of our Neighbourhood worship bands leading the church in music - song lyrics are projected onto the screens so you can sing along and/or engage with worship however you feel most comfortable. After the music portion of service is complete, one of our pastors will come out to share an encouraging and hope-filled message about God.

As a result of COVID-19, you can expect to be greeted at the door by our greeter who will make sure you're registered for church, provide you with hand sanitizer, and direct you to the sanctuary. At the sanctuary, you will be directed to your seat by one of our ushers. You will typically be seated in the sanctuary on the same side that you parked on for an easy exit after service.

What's the culture like at saturday night?

Saturdays at The Neighbourhood are relaxed and casual. On Saturdays, the house lights are turned down low so most of the service is lit by ambient lighting which encourages the relaxed and casual feel. Due to COVID-19, there are restrictions in place like social distancing, mandatory masks, hand sanitizer galore, and specific entry and exit points.

What about my kids?

Our Kids Church program is back up and running! Please register online when you register for the service! If your kids can't join the Kids Ministry team upstairs, they can watch online. Pastor Payge works hard to keep The Neighbourhood Kids YouTube channel updated so nobody has to miss out!

do i Have to register?

Yes, due to COVID-19 regulations for churches, including attendance limits and the current necessity of contact tracing, you do need to register for church. It's super simple though! Simply click the blue button below that says "Register for Church" and you'll be taken to a page where you can register your family name, how many people you'll bring, and your email for registration confirmation.  Alternatively, you're welcome to phone the church and one of our administrative assistants would be happy to help you register.
